Tarika Kumar is a Creative Director, design researcher, and product strategist helping people and organizations create meaningful spaces, products, and communities.

Her work explores how design and technology can foster connection, belonging, and well-being in an age of speed and distraction. Through her PhD research on modern third spaces, Tarika studies how physical and digital environments — from cafés to co working spaces to online platforms — shape how we come together.

Tarika draws on experience advising technology leaders and building innovation strategies for high-growth companies. She brings this practical insight to her work across design, ethnography, and strategy, helping organizations and individuals create intentional, human-centered experiences that balance ambition with authenticity.
